Board Meetings

The District generally meets on the third Wednesday of the month at 5:00 p.m. at the offices of Allen Boone Humphries Robinson LLP, 3200 Southwest Freeway, Suite 2600, Houston, Texas 77027. To make board meetings more accessible to the residents of the District, the Board has committed to hold at least one board meeting per quarter within the District. These In-District meetings will be held in the conference room of the Heritage Bank located at 1850 Pearland Parkway, Pearland, Texas 77581 and will be announced in the upcoming meetings section of this website.

The District’s meeting agenda is posted monthly across the street from Creekside Park; located on Orange Street between Ripple Bend Court and Black Rock Lane, Pearland, Texas 77581 within the boundaries of the District at least seventy-two (72) hours before the scheduled time of the meeting.

The Agenda and Notice of Meeting will also be posted on this website 72 hours prior to the meeting, and in the public notices section of the Brazoria County Clerk.
